Description of Separator Screening Basket:
Our separator screening basket can be used in food processing, waste water filtration, pulp and paper as well as mineral processing applications. Wedge wire or profile screen half cylinders can be added to an auger or screw press to separate solids from liquids in food, waste water, minerals and industrial grit/chips from coolant.
Our factory has developed screening solutions to meet today’s stringent requirements: high efficiency, flexibility, low energy consumption and reduced capital investment costs. The renewal of the pulp feed, reject removal and equipment size has shortened the retention time of the pulp in screening ,this results in a low thickening factor and a uniform impurity gradient and consistency throughout the entire axial length of the screen cylinder. Thanks to these innovations, the specific capacity of a single “Vibest” screen has doubled compared with that of conventional screens.
