Description of Rotary Screen Filter:
The rotary screen filter is installed on medium and big size plants for civil or industrial water treatment. The screen consists of a frame, a rotating drum made of wedge wire bars, a distribution channel, a gear motor and a nozzle system for the filtering screen cleaning.
On request, for special applications, it is possible to supply the rotating drum with perforated plate of desired holes size instead of wedge wire bars. The water enters into the screening drum through a central channel and is distributed onto the drum surface by one or several filling blades. The water passes through the drum from the inside to the outside, lapping on the wedge wire bar surface.
