Description of Air Sparge Header:
The air sparge header design is also available for flat bottom vessel distributor or collector application. System can be designed to accommodate side, center, top or bottom inset piping. Integral backwash systems can be designed for any hub and header lateral for fast effective and efficient cleaning. Connections of the laterals can be flanged or threaded. All systems are designed for effective liquid or solid retention in a wide range of applications including exchangers, clay and filtration applications, carbon towers and power plants with water systems.
Available as both Header Lateral and Hub Lateral assemblies, Federal Screen wedge wire screen laterals and pipe based laterals can be connected to distributor headers and spider hubs by the following methods :
standard NPT threaded connections
flanged connections… fabricated or ANSI
welded as one assembly
Laterals are available in all standard pipe and tube outside diameters.
Air sparge header assemblies is made of V shaped stainless steel wire. It has flow area.water distribution uniformity, the high mechanical strength, temperature,pressure,anti aging, anti corrosive has been greatly enhanced. Stainless steel wire around the space under the index finger to the size of the design.
